• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent, plus three (3) years after withdrawal of consent to demonstrate compliance;
• Closed account data: Account data retained post-closure for the minimum periods stated above; thereafter securely deleted or anonymized.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized in accordance with jil4's data destruction procedures.

10 Your Privacy Rights Under Philippine Law

As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by jil4:

jil4 will respond to all verified privacy rights requests within 15 business days of receipt. In cases of complex or voluminous requests, jil4 may extend this period by a further 15 business days with written notice to you. Requests may be subject to identity verification before processing to protect against unauthorized access to your data.

11 Children, Minors, and the 21+ Requirement

jil4 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is conducted as part of the registration process and, where required, via KYC documentation review.

If jil4 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age — whether through misrepresentation during registration or any other means — jil4 will immediately suspend the associated account, delete all personal data collected in connection with that account where legally permissible, forfeit all deposits and winnings, and notify PAGCOR where required.

Games and content available on jil4 are provided by licensed third-party game studios. While jil4 selects providers carefully and requires contractual data protection commitments, jil4 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party content providers in respect of data collected directly through their own platforms or services outside of jil4.vip.

jil4.vip may from time to time contain references to third-party resources or regulatory bodies (e.g., PAGCOR). jil4 is not responsible for the privacy policies or data practices of those external entities. 13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

jil4 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR requirements, or jil4's data processing practices.
