1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all ancillary policies published by jil4:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jil4.vip, creating an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jil4, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jil4 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have an Account, request its closure by contacting jil4 customer support.

jil4 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details held on their Account. Minor amendments may be made without specific notification, and such changes take effect immediately upon publication at jil4.vip/terms-conditions.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to jil4 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. jil4 employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time.

Any individual found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their Account immediately suspended. All funds deposited and all winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for and primarily directed at residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jil4 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or wagering. jil4 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3.3 Account Registration

To register a jil4 Account, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your Account details at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to maintain only one active jil4 Account. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. jil4 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all accounts associated with a single individual and to forfeit any balances held therein upon discovery of a violation of this policy.

3.5 KYC Verification

jil4 may, at its sole discretion and as required by PAGCOR, request Players to submit Know Your Customer documentation — including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card) — before processing withdrawals or lifting account restrictions. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by jil4 may result in Account suspension.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP verification codes. jil4 strongly recommends enabling the one-time password (OTP) login verification feature available in Account settings.

You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person, and you acknowledge that jil4 will not be held liable for any losses, unauthorized transactions, or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account details.

jil4 will never request your password via SMS, live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a potential phishing attempt and reported to jil4 support immediately.

In the event of suspected unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jil4 customer support immediately via live chat at jil4.vip. jil4 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jil4 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, USDT (Tether), and Coins.ph. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jil4's discretion without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso. jil4 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. Deposit credits are typically applied to your Wallet within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation by the payment provider.

jil4 reserves the right to refuse any deposit transaction that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 4 hours. Processing times may be extended for large amounts or where compliance review is required.

jil4 may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. jil4 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity, age, or source-of-funds verification in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on jil4 are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). jil4 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion costs, if applicable, are borne entirely by the Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available by jil4 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the subject promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games during a wagering requirement period do not count toward the requirement and may result in forfeiture of associated bonus funds.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. A Player may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, combined with other unauthorized offers, or claimed via duplicate accounts.

6.4 Abuse and Exploitation

jil4 reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or systematic wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play. This determination is at jil4's sole discretion.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

jil4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw any promotion at any time and for any reason. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and commenced wagering under the original terms will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion term changes where reasonably practicable.

7 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on jil4 is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any wager. jil4 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand game rules.

All game outcomes on jil4 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealing and spinning conducted by professional dealers at accredited studios. RNG certification is maintained in compliance with PAGCOR's technical standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, jil4 will void the affected round where technically feasible and return the wager amount to the Player's Wallet. Where voiding a round is not possible, jil4 will investigate and apply a fair resolution at its sole discretion.

Jackpot payouts and large win amounts are subject to verification prior to payment. jil4 reserves the right to withhold payment pending verification of the validity of a jackpot win. If a jackpot win is found to have resulted from a system error or malfunction, jil4 is not obligated to pay the erroneous amount and the game round will be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jil4 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one jil4 Account simultaneously or in sequence;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or Platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the underlying code of any jil4 game or Platform component;
• Using jil4 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes;
• Accessing jil4 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any person under 21 years of age;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jil4 staff or other Players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on jil4.vip — including but not limited to the jil4 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, software, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of jil4 and/or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants Players any ownership or license rights in respect of jil4's intellectual property.

Players are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works based on any jil4 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of jil4's intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be addressed accordingly.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil4 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

jil4's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for direct damages, regardless of the cause or form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jil4 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, software updates, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability. jil4 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and restore service promptly.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jil4 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the jil4 Privacy Policy, available at jil4.vip/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy describes what data jil4 collects, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights as a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable Philippine data protection regulations.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

jil4 may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation, without prior notice to you.

12 Responsible Gaming

jil4 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. jil4 recognizes that for some individuals, gambling can transition from entertainment to a problematic pattern of behavior, and the Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps settable in Account preferences;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session or per day, which prevent further play once the threshold is reached;
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic alerts triggered after pre-set session durations;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month) or permanent exclusion from the Platform, actioned within 24 hours of request.

jil4 enforces the 21+ age restriction through account verification and does not permit access by minors under any circumstances. Any Player who believes they may have a gambling problem is strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek assistance from available support resources.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

Any Player may close their jil4 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the Player via their last-used withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and compliance with applicable withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by jil4

jil4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, the Player's balance will be frozen. If the investigation concludes without finding a material breach, the balance will be reinstated. Where a material breach is confirmed, jil4 may forfeit the balance in whole or in part.

13.3 Regulatory Closure

In the event that jil4's PAGCOR license is suspended or revoked, jil4 will make commercially reasonable efforts to return all real-money Player balances within a reasonable timeframe. jil4 will provide notice to affected Players via registered contact details.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), as amended, Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including disputes relating to Account closure, withheld funds, or alleged breaches of these terms, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless resolved through the PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jil4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at jil4.vip/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details held on file. Your continued use of jil4 following publication of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a revision, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

16 Contact & Dispute Resolution

For general inquiries, Account support, or to raise a complaint, Players may contact the jil4 support team 24/7 via live chat at jil4.vip. jil4 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through jil4's internal customer service process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. jil4 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.
